IT QA Managers

Work Locations: must be amenable to work on Ortigas, Greenhills, and Makati site

Preferred:

• Must be college graduate
• Minimum 11 years of experience as a Test/QA Manager, with a strong background in managing multiple banking and financial services projects, as well as leading and coordinating cross-functional resources
• Knowledge of defect management tool such as JIRA
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read and understand requirements
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Experience in driving the implementation of the QA process
• Ability to create detailed and well-structured test cases
• Accuracy in executing test cases
• Good at reporting and communicating testing concerns
• Experience in leading and developing top talent
