Job Description

For our department UX & QAwithin General Services, we are looking for a (an):

IT Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/x)

Main duties:

Interpret and build upon Luxair’s quality assurance standards, and ensure that our final products observe those standards
Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits 
Assist with new standards for development and design, with improvements, and create testing protocols for implementation across all business units 
Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
Develop or update any complaints and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints
Drive and push for high level of quality of all product related topics within IT, business and with external stake...
