Job Description
We're looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Argentinian team. The responsibilities will include:
-Drive Full Life Cycle Recruiting including sourcing, interviews, specific exams, presentation to internal clients, onboarding of new hires.
- Act as a reference for our internal clients and candidates during the process.
- Understand the requirements of each client and each position.
- Identify opportunities to improve the current process. Research and propose new channels and trends to attract top talent
-Giving support in other HR initiatives related with People Care.
Required:
- 3+ Years in the Recruitment industry, at least 2 in IT
-Familiar with IT language
-Excellent communication skills
-Very good spoken and written English
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Excellent planning and organization skills
