IT Recruiter

We are looking for a IT Recruiter to own and manage the full recruitment cycle . In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and securing top IT talent to support the growth of our teams. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to building talent pipelines, a keen eye for technical and cultural fit. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Sales, and Technical Leaders, to prioritize hiring needs, drive the interview process, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, from sourcing and job postings to interviews and offer management.
Partner with Account Management, Sales, and Technical Leaders to gain a deep understanding of hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with company goals and culture.
