Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2C, C2H, and FTE roles for roles like Java developer, AEM Architect, Salesforce engineer, Data, cloud engineer, SAP4 HANA etc Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals like Naukri, Linkedin. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics. Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Requirements 6 month-2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (C2C/C2H/FTE). Strong understanding of technical skills, hiring trends, and sourcing strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Must be based in Jaipur and open to work from office.
