IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2C, C2H, and FTE roles for roles like Java developer, AEM Architect, Salesforce engineer, Data, cloud engineer, SAP4 HANA etc
  

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals like Naukri, Linkedin.
  

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  

• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
  

• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  

Requirements

• 6 month-2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (C2C/C2H/FTE).
  

• Strong understanding of technical skills, hiring trends, and sourcing strategies.
  

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
