ISCISTECH is looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist, who will establish recruiting requirements by collaborating with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.

• Manage high volume of open vacancies from end-to end in a fast paced environment.
• Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial sourcing, screening, assessments, and interviews
• Screening & shortlisting candidates, and providing professional and timely feedback to candidates.
• Liaise with clients to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates.
• Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channels...
