Our partners range from global market research leaders and AI-driven startups to healthcare and IoT companies. We work closely with founders, CEOs, CTOs, and engineering leaders to help them find exceptional talent and scale their teams.

While for now our major need is recruitment, other HR tasks might come into foreground as we grow, so depending on the individual's needs he/she may stay in recruitment or pivot into HR.

Recruiters closely cooperate with the top-management team (CEO, CTO and COO), who are the only hiring managers.
