About the role

Rising Tide Digital, Inc.' is seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. This full-time role will be based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office and is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent to support the company's ambitious growth plans.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of IT roles, including software developers, network administrators, and IT support technicians
• Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Providing regular updates on the status of open requisitions and making recommendations to improve the recruitment process
