About the Role

Pride Global is seeking a IT Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant (Mid/Senior) based in Malaysia to support our growing client delivery needs. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting high-quality candidates on client projects across various industries and countries within APAC (SEA, China, Japan, Australia).

You will partner closely with internal/external stakeholders, hiring managers, and delivery teams to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality talent acquisition aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles supporting client projects, from intake through offer and onboarding
• Partner with internal/external stakeholders to understand client requirements, role profiles, and workforce plans
