Pride Global is seeking an IT Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant (Mid/Senior) based in Malaysia to support our growing client delivery needs. In this role, you will recruit high-quality candidates on client projects across various industries and countries within APAC (SEA, China, Japan, Australia).

You will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders, hiring managers, and delivery teams to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality talent acquisition aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles supporting client projects, from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand client requirements, role profiles, and workforce plans.
