Role Overview

After doubling the size of our teams over the past two years, we are now looking to continue this growth by hiring experienced IT recruiter to strengthen our Madrid office and support the development of the Iberian market, with a strong focus on Portugal .

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for freelance IT consultants
• Proactively source and build your talent pipeline in a fast-growing sector
• Maintain direct contact with candidates: screening, evaluating profiles, and managing the recruitment process
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to align recruitment needs with client demands
