Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various IT domains. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Understand technical job requirements (developers, testers, DevOps, cloud, data, etc.).
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and database.
