Paratron Industries' is seeking a full-time IT Representative to join our team in San Juan City, Metro Manila. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support and IT-related services to our employees, ensuring the smooth running of our internal systems and infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

1. Responding to and resolving technical support queries from employees in a timely and efficient manner
2. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing hands-on assistance to users
3. Conducting system installations, configurations, and upgrades as required
4. Maintaining and updating IT documentation, including user guides and technical manuals
