IT Resident Engineer

Scope and Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory services on HPE product system health at the customer's Data Center (DC) and report errors to the support team.

• Perform daily monitoring and health checks on hardware system logs and DC activity. Report and track incidents with the respective helpdesk.

• Assist with and advise on local inventory and maintenance status of HPE products.- Advise the customer on firmware levels and provide recommendations for necessary patches.

• Proactively monitor, track, and record equipment firmware levels to ensure the latest patches are installed.- Maintain and update the IT DC inventory.

• Collaborate with the Account Support Manager (ASM) to plan, schedule, and manage proactive firmware deployments and documentation.

• Assist the ASM with planning and coordinating monthly review meetings.- Adhere to all IT DC Policies and Procedures.
