The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of how technical teams operate, has worked closely with engineering leadership, and can balance priorities across multiple simultaneous initiatives. The person should be dynamic, proactive, highly organized, and capable of making thoughtful decisions under pressure. They must be confident, assertive, and able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while maintaining a strong grasp of team capacity, workload, and delivery constraints.
