ABOUT THE ROLE

In line with the region's strategy,youdefine and manage the roadmap for the deployment ofthe ORACLEPOS (ORIONprogram),Clienteling(MyBoutiqueApp), CRM (Pioneerproject) and any other Retail-CRM applications for countries in the region (ACET(After-sales,InChanel,Tallyfi,Prodco,MyInventoryApp, etc.).In collaboration with other regions and Global teams.
You autonomously manage all stages related to the implementation of new projects, from contract negotiation, drafting functional and technical specifications, schedule management, and testing,includingthe support.
You master the features of Retail-CRM tools and ensure the technical and functional consistency of the Omnichannel Retail-CRM-Digital ecosystem, including eCommerce ONE solutions, which are also a touchpoint for Pioneer, the Global Chanel Customer Data Base.
