UTF Labs is looking for a highly motivated and disciplined IT Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is eager to leverage modern technologies to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys cold outreach, social selling, research, and prospecting, and understands how to convert outreach into real conversations and meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Work in alignment with the company's culture, processes, and sales discipline to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
Utilize modern tools and technologies, including ChatGPT and research platforms, to support outreach and lead generation.
Execute cold outreach activities (25–30 outreaches per day) via email, social media, and professional platforms.
