Responsibilities
Make outbound B2B/B2C calls to U.S. prospects
Pitch Web Design, SEO, and AI Agent services confidently
Identify client needs and offer relevant service packages
Handle objections and close deals effectively
Mentor and guide junior sales representatives
Monitor calls and provide regular coaching
Maintain CRM entries, call logs, and pipeline reports
Collaborate with management to optimize scripts and outreach
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of international outbound calling experience
Experience selling Web Design, SEO, and AI Agent solutions
Excellent English (neutral/American accent)
Strong closing and objection-handling skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Comfortable with night shift
