The Opportunity

As an IT Sales & Service Support professional at Nexus Aurora (M) Sdn. Bhd., you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth in the IT solutions market. Based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic and innovative organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prospect and generate new leads (cold outreach, referrals, events, inbound enquiries).
2. Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions (e.g., networking, server, storage, cybersecurity, firewall, backup, Microsoft 365, managed support).
3. Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic solution summaries in a clear and professional manner.
4. Manage the sales pipeline and follow up consistently to maximize conversion.
5. Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets (including recurring managed services where applicable).
