IT Scrum Lead

This role offers an opportunity to drive Agile delivery and foster collaboration within cross-functional teams. As an IT Scrum Lead, you will contribute to our mission by enabling efficient delivery through Scrum practices and coaching teams on Agile principles. **Position Responsibilities:**

+ Organize and facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
+ Act as a coach to the Scrum Team and stakeholders, promoting Agile principles and values.
+ Collaborate with Product Owner to maintain backlog and clarify priorities.
+ Ensure Scrum artifacts (e.g., burndown charts) are maintained and accessible.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
+ Shift Schedule: Fixed Schedule – 8am to 5pm EST.
