Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Security Service Delivery Specialist to support and oversee Security Operations and ITSM processes across multiple business units and stakeholders. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality security service delivery, compliance with security standards, SLA/KPI management, stakeholder communication, and continuous service improvement.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT service delivery within security environments, excellent stakeholder management skills, and advanced English communication abilities.
