• Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and the Global Security team
• Manage and oversee Security Services delivery across multiple business units
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, compliance metrics, and security dashboards
• Coordinate onboarding activities, deployments, and communication across stakeholders
• Lead service review sessions and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Security Operations, IT teams, and external partners to ensure operational excellence
