Job Description

Manage and monitor client's Micro Segmentation solution, collaborating with business units, engineering, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Provide BAU support for the micro-segmentation solution.
Continuously review and enhance Micro Segmentation policies and rules.
Manage and monitor the capacity of the Micro Segmentation platform.
Ensure all Operational tasks are completed within the agreed SLAs
Help develop processes and documentation around the operational functions of the Micro Segmentation Project
Support security incidents.
Create and maintain operational documentation for the Micro Segmentation solution.
Participate in escalation calls.
Provide monitoring of ZTMS SaaS console and dashboards
Collaborate with application and project teams to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
Work with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance security best practices....
