Responsibilities

• Act as the last level of escalation for the team and lead technical problem resolution.
• Own incident, problem, and change management processes for the team.
• Lead DLP and Endpoint Security administration and troubleshooting (Symantec, Microsoft Defender).
• Participate in projects : new builds, upgrades, migrations, end‑of‑life transitions.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct forensic investigations and manage high‑severity incidents .
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation for operational efficiency.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge to ensure team competence.
