DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor Degree Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Certification or demonstrated training towards one or more of the following: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (MCTS), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Windows and/or AIX server certifications, ITIL Foundations V3.
• Possesses five or more years' experience troubleshooting Local Area & Wide Area Network elements, Firewalls, Microsoft Windows Server-Active Directory.
• Experience working with transport network operations centers to perform Layer 1 and Layer 2 end-to-end testing.
