IT Security Specialist

Responsibilities:

• (1) Team & Operational Leadership
• Act as last-level technical escalation
  for data security and endpoint incidents
• Own and drive Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL-based)
• Assign and manage technical tasks; mentor and guide team members
• Support recruitment, knowledge sharing, and team capability development
• Drive automation and operational efficiency improvements
  
• (2) Technical & Security Operations
• Provide hands-on support for endpoint, data security, and EDR technologies
• Manage and approve technical changes to Data Security systems (RUN/BAU accountability)
• Investigate and resolve high-severity incidents, ensuring root-cause analysis and closure
• Lead forensic investigations for data leakage incidents, including evidence collection, analysis, and reporting
