+ **Project & Sprint Management:** Maintain backlog and sprint boards, prepare sprint plans, and lead planning and grooming sessions.

+ **Meeting Leadership & Communication:** Prepare agendas, lead meetings, capture decisions, and distribute minutes. Provide regular status updates and escalate issues as needed.

+ **Stakeholder & Vendor Management:** Communicate key milestones, validate requirements, lead sign-offs, and coordinate vendor knowledge transfer and deliverables.
