IT Senior Business Analyst

The IT Senior Business Analyst works closely with business stakeholders to gain in-depth of the company's overall strategy, processes, services, and roadmap to be able to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, mitigate and address operational, financial, and technological risks. He plays a key role in initiatives that directly impact and address business strategies, ensuring that desired outcomes are achieved in a timely manner.

What You Will Do

• Understand and obtain in-depth knowledge of Home Credit system and architecture landscape.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Elicits, formalizes, validates functional and non-functional requirements and document them as user stories or other relevant artifacts
• Takes part in designing functionality together with the UX Designer and/or development team.
