IT Senior Lead - Process and Standards

Job Summary

The Senior Lead – Process and Standards is responsible for overseeing IT portfolio governance, process standards, and functional system support to ensure that IT initiatives are aligned with business priorities, delivered within agreed service levels, and implemented using consistent and effective methodologies.

The role leads the Process and Standards team in managing project intake, requirements gathering, project execution oversight, system support, and continuous process improvement, while serving as the primary operational counterpart to the AVP – IT for portfolio visibility, risk management, and delivery performance.
