Experience in global systems support, with emphasis on the Market / Credit Risk domain. Experience with key financial industry data domains (e.G. reference data, market data etc.)


  • Role: L2 Support Engineer
  • Location: Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad
  • Experience: 5 to 8 Years

What You'll Do:


  • Ensure the timely production of local and global risk measures and reports daily
  • Monitor overnight risk batch processes and publish daily status reports
  • Respond to support incidents such as data load calculation or report generation failures
  • Manage incident tickets and track resolution through ITSM tools (JIRA ServiceNow)
  • Respond to end-user service requests
