Job Description

A prestigious Financial Services provider is seeking an IT Service Continuity Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the IT Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery function across the business. This will include governance and continuous improvement of the Service Continuity / DR policies and procedures, development, implementation and coordination of testing of the service continuity / DR plans, along with reporting and extensive stakeholder engagement.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications with relevant industry certifications (ie. ITIL)
  • Proven IT Service Continuity / Disaster Recovery experience gained within large, complex environments
  • Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, including public cloud (AWS)
  • Exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement skills combined with strong communication skil...
