Job Description
The Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of IT support services to our clients. This role involves scheduling and dispatching technical staff, managing client communications, monitoring service tickets, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). The Service Coordinator acts as a key liaison between clients, technicians, and management to help maintain high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service scheduling and coordination.
- Assign and dispatch service tickets to technicians based on skills, availability, and priority.
- Answer client phone calls from clients regarding creation of new or existing jobs.
- Communicate with clients regarding the status of their service requests and any scheduling changes.
