Join our innovative team as an IT Service Delivery Analyst focusing on critical IT service management functions. This role emphasizes problem resolution, service request management, and collaboration with various teams.
You will handle second- and third-level support, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution for business-critical applications. Proactively monitoring services and refining the Configuration Management Database will be key aspects of your work, alongside reporting on SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage Device42 CMDB with accurate data
• Take ownership of major incidents and coordinate responses
• Approve internal change requests and host CAB meetings
• Provide stakeholders with status reports on service breaches
• Implement improvements in IT service delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum 2 years in IT service desk operations
• 3-5 years focused on IT Service Management
