IT Service Delivery Manager

Function scope and responsibility:

• Lead, manage and self-operate the IT Service Support team to ensure effective daily operations and service excellence.
• Oversee incident, problem, and service request management in accordance with SLA and ITIL best practices.
• Act as a key point of IT contact for business users, providing professional IT service consultation and support.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and vendors to resolve IT issues.
• Manage and continuously improve IT service processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate IT service solutions.
• Coordinate with corporate or overseas IT teams to deploy, implementation, support of IT Application from corporate and manage business requirement gap.
