IT Service Delivery Specialist - Critical Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Oversee all preventative maintenance scheduling, ensuring work is booked with customers and contractors within required timeframes
• Coordinate the preventative maintenance schedule and track jobs through to completion, preventing overdue maintenance
• Process service reports, review for completeness, and update internal systems accurately
• Follow up on outstanding work, documentation, and customer confirmations via email and phone
• Assist with product delivery transactions and related documentation
• Support contract management by monitoring service frequencies and compliance requirements
