IT Service Delivery Support Specialist

Job Description

AECOM seeks an IT Service Delivery Support Specialist to join our Corporate IT team. The IT Service Delivery Support Specialist will ensure our customers’ needs and expectations are properly understood. This role reports to the AMER Regional IT Service Delivery Manager and functions as a trusted partner to the AECOM business.

Responsibilities

• Support all the PCs onsite in the two Colombia offices as well as remote support to LatAm.
• Take direction from the AMER IT Service Delivery Manager.
• Provide day‑to‑day IT Service Delivery services for the Columbia, Bogota office, including new hire PC demand management, new hire deployment and support, PC refresh, asset retrieval for leavers, software installs, hardware break‑fix issues, and asset returns/disposals.
• Ensure proper inventory management of assets within the office and update in ServiceNow.
