Innovathink Corporation is currently looking for an IT SERVICE DESK ANALYST 2 
WORK SETUP: Onsite, shifting schedule 
WORK LOCATION: Vista Mall Las Pinas 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
Windows OS for desktop and laptop support 
Desktop application support 
Windows AD access management 
Call and e-mail management 
Queries and IT related questions 
IT Communications management 
Alerts and escalation 
Oracle password reset 
Users IT asset information entry verification 
QUALIFICATIONS 
Education: Bachelors in computer application-BSCS/BSIT/BSCOE and other related courses 
Experience: 3-5 years work experience in providing Service Desk Role. 
Willing to work On-Site, Shifting Schedule 
Job Type: Full-time 
Work Location: In person
