Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst (Full-Time Role)

Shift: Night Shift

Working Hours: 1 AM CST – 10 AM CST

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This position requires working during night shifts, aligned with Netherlands/Neutral time zones. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Romanian and possess strong communication and technical support skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support to global users.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Log and track incidents and service requests.
• Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Romanian (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
