For a recognized player in the IT sector SERVICE DESK (M/F) – CDI – GenevaOn behalf of a recognized player in the banking/financial sector in Geneva, we are looking for an IT Service Desk with 3 to 5 years of experience, comfortable in a demanding environment, and service-oriented.Your missions:- IT support level 1 / 2 to users (on-site + remote)- Management of incidents and requests via ticketing tool (ITIL)- Diagnosis, resolution, escalation if necessary- Support for workstations: Windows, Office 365, Teams, Outlook, printers, peripherals- Management of access (AD, Azure AD depending on environment), rights and passwords- Support: PCs, laptops, telephony, meeting rooms- Contribution to the maintenance and renewal of the IT park- Contribution to the documentation (procedures, knowledge base)Desired profile:- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Service Desk / Support: CFC or equivalent (or solid experience)- Very good technical level in workstation environment- Good understanding of ITIL ...
