What You'll Do
Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to global users
Troubleshoot Windows, O365, VPN, printers & basic network issues
Manage accounts in Azure AD / Active Directory
Handle tickets within SLA and collaborate with global teams
Deliver customer-focused support in a fast-paced MSP environment
What Makes You a Great Fit
2+ years in IT Service Desk / Help Desk / Technical Support
Strong English communication skills (comfortable with international calls)
