Job Summary:
The IT Service Desk (Mandarin Speaking) provides first-level IT support to users, primarily assisting Mandarin-speaking clients (70%) while handling basic technical troubleshooting (30%). This role ensures clear communication, accurate issue documentation, and timely resolution of IT concerns.
Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking users
- Provide support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system
- Communicate and explain technical issues clearly in Mandarin and English
- Translate and coordinate concerns between users and technical teams
- Log, track, and document incidents and service requests accurately
- Perform Level 1 IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
