About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced IT Service Desk professional to join our dynamic team at Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. This full-time role is based in Metro Manila and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to and resolve a wide range of IT-related queries and incidents from users in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide appropriate solutions
  • Escalate complex problems to the relevant technical teams for further investigation and resolution
  • Maintain detailed records of all support interactions and follow up on open issues
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of IT systems and applications
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience
