Job Description
Position: IT Service Desk (Deal Desk Analyst)
Location: Giga Tower, Bridgetowne QC
Start Date: ASAP February
Schedule: Fixed Nighshift/Shifting
Work Setup: Workonsite
Offer: Up to 38k Max Package only
Qualification:
- Accepting at least 2years College completed equivalent to 72 units
- 2 + years' experience in Enterprise SaaS/B2B Industry, deal desk, Quote to Cash, sales operations or contracts management
- Amenable to start ASAP this February 2026
