IT Service Desk Technician – Hardware/Software (BIM/AutoCAD)

NU Concept Solutions Ltd is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician (1st line) to join their small team in South Yorkshire. This position has arisen due to a staff vacancy and will require experience in software and hardware support, including laptops and printers.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to learn and support specialized software like BIM and AutoCAD while occasionally traveling to other offices in the UK, with all expenses paid.
