Champion Our Service Platform: You'll own and administer our core ESM platform ((e.g. ServiceNow, Jira) transforming it from a ticketing system into the central nervous system of our company's operations.
Be a Process Innovator: Drive the continuous improvement of our core service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge) and design new, efficient workflows for other business units.
