IT Service Owner

<p><b>Role: IT Service Owner<br /> Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid-2 days onsite/week)<br /> Skills & Experience:</b><br /> <br /> Overall Experience in IT Industry for 4-6 years with atleast 3 years of experience in IT Service Management is required <br /> Experience in L1/L2 Production support and good knowledge in Incident / Problem / Change Management <br /> Need to have Technical exposure in any Technology and should be able to analyze the issues <br /> Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux or Database such as Oracle <br /> Strong communication skills in English <br /> Communicative German and or French is Nice to have <br /> Awareness of the ITIL Service Management framework <br /> ITIL certification preferred and Scrum Master certification is Nice to Have <br /> <br /> Scope: <br /> The scope of projects may be global and may span multip...
