IT Service Technician

LabCorp is seeking a IT Service Technician to join our team in **Nashville, TN,** with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule!

**Work Schedule:** Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Local Client facing IT Field Technician performs new installations, break/swap service to include: Install and troubleshoot HP Win11 Enterprise computers, HP monitors, HP laser printers, Symbol barcode scanners, Dymo and Monarch label printers to name a few. We do not troubleshoot to component level.
+ Installing and troubleshooting preconfigured Cisco networking devices: Meraki VPN, WAPs, and patch panels to name a few. We do not run cabling.
+ Responsible for ordering, maintaining local I.T. hardware inventory and RMA of devices.
+ Connect/install/troubleshoot internet sources: ATT Nighthawks, Verizon Dragons, Cisco MG41/51 and Broadband modems.
