IT SERVICES MANAGER

Well established Darwin based company seeks a talented IT Services Manager. Will manage team of 7 Network Engineers and Tech Support professionals. Will ensure the stability, security, resilience, and continuous improvement of entire IT operation. Report directly to CIO. 

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES: 

• Own day?to?day operation of infrastructure, networks, platforms, end?user services, and the IT

Service Desk

• Ensure availability, reliability, performance, and core IT services across multiple locations.

• Provide operational reporting, insights, and recommendations to the CIO re: Cyber Security. 

• Embed secure?by?design and secure?by?default practices across operational technology, cloud

services, platforms, and endpoints.

• Lead operational response to cyber events, including containment, eradication, recovery, and

post?incident analysis.
