IT Site Support Analyst

Job Description Provide reliable and efficient IT support across manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, and office environments. Support business operations across two primary manufacturing sites and contribute to maintaining stable, secure, and high-performing IT systems. Responsibilities Deliver IT support to internal users across manufacturing, lab, office, and warehouse environments Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues Support production systems to ensure high availability and minimal downtime Perform onboarding/offboarding, including hardware setup and user readiness Monitor IT systems, infrastructure, and server room environment Act as smart hands for server room operations, including rack and inventory management Maintain IT asset inventory, lifecycle tracking, and documentation Manage IT procurement through ERP systems (PR/PO creation, vendor coordination, delivery tracking) Support software deployment, patching, and endpoint security updates Support and tro...
